Garage Floor Rubber Tile

Question:
we're buying a new home, and I desperately want to seal/paint/tile the concrete garage floor before (or shortly after) moving in. Could someone "in the know" kindly summarize for me (and other listeners) what my options are?
My first choice is a clear sealer (like those big home-improvement stores have). What brands and types are there? Any surface-prep required?
How much will it cost me (3-car garage) ?
Second choice is some kind of concrete floor paint.
Third choice is linoleum tile, heavy traffic grade. This will probably look cool, but take longer to put in compared to the above options.
Last choice - for me - is doing nothing at all.
Can you suggest anything for me please?

Answer:
You must a special garage floor paint, some of the most difficult to apply and expensive paint available to the consumer (and not available in some states).
Check Consumer Reports Buying Guide '87, and call 800 9paints for Sears paint. They'll give you the 800 # of a tech. support line for their manufacturer, which makes a rubber-based product. You can also read the can in the store. People in rec.autos.tech say it is worthwhile, and I would concur, not having it (bare concrete). I have to sweep the garage anytime I want to do any work and not have it contaminated by the abrasive dust.
