Question:
Looking for wooden prefab/panelized Garage kit. Apparently,
steel kits are all over the place, but I want the conventional
looks so it matches the house.
Really it will be a shop, so I'm looking for about 900+ sq ft.
Location is Southern California. Apparently extra re-enforcing
is required. Seismic zone 4. 85 MPH wind load, no snow load.
Pacific modern homes will custom design me a kit, but I'd like
to find at least one more vendor.

see if ther eis a 84 lumber in your area they have garage kits
there not really pre fab ,but they include everything you need
except concrete and you just have to have it delivered and built
